These terms form a legal binding contract between you and us. Your acceptance of these conditions is given when you purchase accessories from us. 

 

Copyright and ownership

Every product is carefully designed by the owner and holds copyright of it. If found copying the design, one will be charged legally. Please note: Taking inspiration and copying are two different criteria.

 

Refund and Cancellation policy

We currently do not accept any returns. All the products are checked before packaging. You can email or call us for any problem faced after delivery.

Shipping Policy 

We usually take 2-5 business days to deliver within India. For customized products, it might take upto 1 week as the process takes time. For International orders we take around 15 working days. The delivery of the product also depends on the lockdown situation in your city.

Privacy Policy

Every payment transaction is guaranteed safe with Littley. All the details shared through our form does not reach any third party. Your personal number, email Id and address will never be disclosed or shared outside Littley. Shopping with us will always be safe.

Bulk Order policy

We are manufactures as well. So, we provide goods in bulk at wholesale rates. It is subject to the availability of the accessories. The rates will be decided by us as a lot of handwork goes into the making of the products.

Customized Accessories

We at Littley make personalised and customized accessories as well. The work on the product starts as soon as you complete the payment procedure, which is why we do not entertain any cancellations or modifications after the final process.

Guarantee and warranty

Every product is handcrafted or handmade. Which is why we cannot provide with any warranty. It totally depends upon the use by the customers. All the hand work done on the products is delicate and should be used with outmost care. All the products are dry-clean only for better results.

Local Delivery

Littley store is based in Bhopal. So we provide free local delivery upto 10kms. Anywhere above that will have to pay the shipping charges mentioned during checkout. We entertain in-store pickup as well. So you can opt that option while confirming your order to save on the shipping charges. With the constant hike in petrol prices we are unable to provide free delivery all over the city.
